Custom Process： After negotiating with the customer, we prepare to launch a new project. If you have the drawing, which includes the dimensions, materials, and special requirements, then we can make the sample according to the drawing. If you have no drawing, but have a sample, then a sample need to be sent to our engineer, then we will gauge dimensions, and make a drawing. Then we can make the sample according to the drawing. Sample order lead time is in 7-10 days. Then we send the samples to you for testing. After the sample is confirmed, we will start mass production. The production flow is as bellow: Inhouse material checking→Cutting→sewing→Light Assembly→Blower and adapter checking→→100% Eyes Inspection→packing→3rd inspection (if need)→shipment Mass quantity order lead time is 45-60 days Small batch customization, 200 pieces minimum order.
